How we Fund our Work
-
Our educational and outreach programs are fully funded by individual donations and membership dues.
-
Our Hen House Program is also funded entirely through donations and membership dues, and the work is coordinated and carried out by volunteers in collaboration with conservation partners.
-
Our metals bioaccumulation study was funded through an EPA grant and partnerships with Montana Technological University and the University of Montana.
-
We currently hold multiple contracts with conservation partners for habitat and conservation work. At this time, we have one part-time staff member, Mark Mariano, who is paid to fulfil the requirements of these contracts.
